Visas
As a rule, foreign citizens need visas to enter and stay in Cape Verde. However, citizens of some countries with which Cape Verde has visa abolition agreements are exempt from visas. Visa applications at the consular section of the Cape Verdean Embassy in Portugal are processed on the same day. Upon arrival at the office, the applicant must take a visa ticket and wait their turn. After being attended to by a member of staff, they must wait in the room for their passport.
Required Documents
The document required to obtain a visa is a passport. In the case of a collective visa, it is necessary to present a list of travelers and a copy of their passports.
